Sam Basile, brings nearly three decades of industry and leadership experience from General Motors where he spent most of his career. Most recently, Sam was GM’s vice president, Global Product Programs. He joined Ford Oct. 13, 2025, reporting to Ford chief operating officer Kumar Galhotra.

Todd Willing is the head of Ford Design, effective August 27, 2024. He leads design for Ford and Lincoln brand vehicles worldwide. He previously was global design director for Ford Model e. Willing began with the company in 2003.
