The Ford Retired Executives Club (“FREE”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. We collect only the information needed to manage membership and communicate club updates—such as your name, contact information, and information about your last role at Ford.

We use this information solely for club operations, including meeting notices, event coordination, and distributing updates from Ford Motor Company. We do not sell or share member data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Information is shared only when necessary—for example, with Ford for event access, or with service providers who support our website or email system and who must protect your data.

Access to member information is limited to authorized board members, and we take reasonable steps to secure electronic and physical records.  Some information is limited to only members which is accessible in the Member Directory.

Members may request to review, correct, or remove their information at any time.
