Bryce Currie, who joined Ford in January 2023, is vice president, Americas Manufacturing. He reports to Kumar Galhotra, chief operating officer.

As head of Ford North America’s manufacturing operations, Currie is responsible for the company’s largest industrial footprint, with more than 30 manufacturing facilities producing some of the industry’s most iconic vehicles.

Currie came to Ford from Johnson Controls, where he was vice president, Global Products Operations, and then Chief Manufacturing Officer. In his three years with that company, Currie deployed lean manufacturing principles and digital management tools to transform an operation spanning nearly 90 plants and 120 distributions centers globally. Prior to that, Currie was a corporate officer with global responsibilities at GE Aviation, and, earlier, at TRW Automotive (now part of ZF Group), Currie helped overhaul the company’s worldwide manufacturing systems. He started his career at AlliedSignal Bendix (now part of Honeywell).
